Reminders from the Covenants Committee and Board of Trustees

We are once again having problems with pet owners (and visiting guests walking dogs) and not picking up after their pets.

All dogs and other pets must be on leashes when outside.

All animals must be curbed in the street.  

The pet owner is responsible for picking up his animal's feces and disposing of same at home.

It has come to the attention of the Board, that there are underage children residing in Pheasant Run for extended periods of time.  Please be advised that any child under the age of 19 visiting for more than two weeks must have the approval of the Board of Trustees.   A letter prior to their arrival should be sent to the Board with details of their visit.

An adult must be present at all time and children should not be left alone.
