Underage Children

It has come to the attention of the Board, that there are underage children residing in Pheasant Run for extended periods of time.   Please be advised that any child under the age of 19 visiting for more than two weeks must have the approval of the Board of Trustees.   A letter prior to their arrival should be sent to the Board with details of their visit.

An adult must be present at all time and

children should not be left alone.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Parking Lot

The Board is requesting that if there is a bus trip,

please park your vehicle in the parking lot on the side

of the Clubhouse.

Leave spaces in the front open for those who are visiting the Clubhouse on a short term basis.

Thank you for your cooperation.

White Garbage Bags are Not Allowed

We are once again having problems with homeowners  leaving white and/or yellow garbage bags at the curb

for garbage pick up.

Birds have been ripping the bags open, and leaving

debris on the streets.

Garbage should be place in containers or at least in black bags the evening before the regularly scheduled pick up.

Ground Excavation

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY  - An Application for ground excavation which is accompanied by a check for a refundable $200.00,  has been increased to $500.00 to cover the cost of repairs,  if needed, to the

Association Sprinkler System.

NOTE:  If work is concluded after the Association Sprinkler System is shut down for the season, the refundable deposit is held until the start-up season in the Spring to ensure there is no damage to the Association Sprinkler System.

The Board of Trustees greatly appreciates your consideration in this matter.

Borrowing Tables and Chairs

If you are planning on borrowing tables and chairs, please sign the sheet located on the Bulletin Board.  Include your telephone number and how many tables/chairs you are taking,  along with the date needed.

You must contact Bill Facciolli after hours or see

JoEllen in the office during the day because the

tables will be secured in the closet.

Tables and chairs must NOT leave the community.

No round tables or black stacking chairs can be taken.

Lacey Lock Box Program

The Lacey Township Police Department has implemented a new program for seniors who have a medical condition, live alone or who are alone frequently.

It is called Lacey Lock Box Program.  You provide one or more keys for an entry door to your house.  You must grant the Police Department permission to access the lock box and use the keys in an emergency.

Only the Lacey Police Department will have access to the lock box.

Additional information and Application

Applications are also available in the clubhouse

Neighborhood Watch

The Pheasant Run Neighborhood Watch Program works directly with  the Lacey Police Department gathering the facts about any crime in our Neighborhood.  Neighborhood Watch does not assume the role of the police, but asks neighbors to be alert, observant and caring.  The more the police are aware of, the better they can protect us.

*Please always call the Lacey Police at 609-693-6636 to report suspicious activity.

*Dial 911 for an emergency of a crime in progress

We would also like to remind all residents to leave outdoor lights on at night, keep doors and cars locked at all times and to continue to be alert.

Pheasant Run is a very safe community and with your continued help it will stay that way.
