This is a seasonal activity and runs from April to August.
We have been meeting on Wednesdays in the Clubhouse and walk to U-Tube. This has been working out great for us. We are getting a good workout and don't have to drive to do so,
Please continue to walk on your own too to build your stamina and meet your goals.
There are many benefits to walking including lowering blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and strengthening your leg muscles and core.
Join us for the fun and health benefits.
This is a new event and is being held 3 times a week in the Clubhouse.
All exercise routines are done by watching U-Tube Video routines. Tuesday - 4:30 p.m. Dance
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - Advanced
Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - Beginners
Join us for some fun and exercise.
Bring a water bottle and a towel.
Light weights and straps are optional.
