IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COMMON GROUNDS

Regarding the maintenance of the common grounds, we will ONLY address those items that pose a threat to a resident's property. Routine maintenance, like removal of fallen trees and/or branches etc., will be dictated by our budget and not by the request of residents. These routine maintenance items will be done toward the end of the year when we know how much money is left in our budget for our use. There is NO NEED to contact JoEllen regarding routine items as forementioned. We will inspect the common grounds toward the end of the year and decide how any remaining budget money may best be spent on maintenance. We are not in a position to remove every fallen tree in the common grounds, while this might be desirable, it is not realistic.
